- Enhance overall marketing effectiveness and visibility by leveraging with existing SEO competencies
- Establish clear KPIs and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.

- Possess a keen eye for aesthetics and branding, ensuring all marketing materials reflect a consistent and high-quality corporate identity.

Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of managing the full marketing cycle and delivering measurable results.
- Experience in event organisation, with a demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful corporate events.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious KPIs.
- Creative thinker with a good sense of aesthetics and branding, capable of delivering impactful marketing materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organisation.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards in all marketing efforts.
- Fluency in German and English
