The Global Specialty Insurance (GSI) Project-/Transformation Manager is responsible for supporting the transformation of GSI into the leading specialty insurer in the industry. Global Initiatives and the future strategic ambition are critical to ensure that GSI is growing profitably and efficiently in order to provide the necessary and significant contributions to the overall Munich Re Group ambitions. In your role, you will be supporting the Chief Transformation Officer who is a member of the GSI Leadership Team. The GSI ambition includes meeting the 2025 aspirations of top quartile combined ratio and over $10B of premium while managing over 7,000 employees (representing more than 50% of the Munich Re Reinsurance Group’s employees).
