You can look forward to
Your focus is on the development and deployment of new HR system functions to support Hannover Re's employee journey.
- Develop a solution roadmap, support our international rollout project SAP SuccessFactors and drive the digital transformation of the Global Human Resources department
- Implement and optimize interfaces with surrounding systems (e.g identity management, payroll, etc.)
- Collaborate with international HR teams to ensure common standards
- Observe compliance and security matters in alignment with our global company policies and general regulations
- Incident and problem management for the Global Human Resource technical domain
You come equipped with
- Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of practical experience as developer or system integration specialist – SAP background desirable but not a must
- Knowledge in SuccessFactors modules and/or knowledge in SAP Business Technology Platform or a similar low code integration suite
- First practical experience with ITSM (ITIL) frameworks and ITSM Tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Azure Devops)
- German at a conversational level and English at a business fluent level
- Understanding of process-organisational issues and an agile mindset
